This list should have probably come out a little sooner, but with only two weeks left until Christmas, I’m sure there are some last minute shoppers out there who are looking for some inspiration.
Whether you’re looking for the perfect stocking stuffer, a splurge for a special someone, or a gift for yourself–because let’s be honest, after the year we’ve all had, we all deserve it…you’ll be sure to find something that the fashion or beauty lover in your life will enjoy.
I have curated below, a list of things that I already love and enjoy, plus some items that I’m hoping are under my tree (fingers crossed!)
Happy Shopping, and Happy Holidays friends!
THE BEAUTY GURU
Midnight Fleur by Nest, and Clean Reserve’s Radiant Nectar are my two top fragrances of the past couple years. I don’t know about you, but I am hard to please when it comes to perfume. I hate anything too sweet or floral; I lean more towards musky, woodsy scents. Radiant Nectar is more of a summery scent, but if you’re looking for something year round, I recommend Midnight Fleur.
They both are on the pricier sides, but they do come in roller balls, which would make a great stocking stuffer.
I’ve featured this palette in multiple tutorials because its just that good, and versatile. I’m talking about the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette. It has the perfect blend of neutral, but fun, and wearable shades that can create a more natural, or glamorous look. You can bet I pull out this palette every time I wear makeup.
I’m also currently eyeing up the newest launch from Huda Beauty, the Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette. I’ve never actually tried Huda’s eyeshadows, but I’ve heard great things, and this palette…and the colours look insanely gorgeous!
If you’re buying eyeshadow for someone else, look at what they normally wear to gauge what their style is. There’s a palette for everyone!
I could do a whole post on my favourite skincare (I’ll add it to the list!), but I’ll just stick to a couple items that I’ve fallen in love with this past year. Over the past year I started implementing facial oils into my routine, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin. My two current faves are the Eminence Organics Facial Recovery Oil, and Essentials by Temi Soothing Elixir Oil. Both of these products are formulated with natural oils and botanicals, that leave my skin glowing, and also help with breakouts. If you aren’t using oils in your skincare, you are seriously missing out!
THE FASHION FIEND
Jewellery is the perfect gift, and I am constantly obsessing over all the things from Jenny Bird. She’s a Canadian designer that creates the most beautifully classic, yet modern pieces. Here are a couple I have my eyes on…
At the end of a long day, or especially on snowy Sundays, there is nothing better than slipping into some cozy loungewear, or pyjamas. I love wearing matching sets, its casual, yet I still feel put together. One of my favourite local stores, Grace The Boutique (Stratford) carry the most beautiful cozy clothes. Check out my faves below!
Again, if I listed all my fashion favourites, I’d be writing for forever! So I distilled it down to two of my Winter fashion favourites. As a fashionista, you want your Winter accessories to be warm, but stylish. I love The Lemon Collections Soft Touch Reversible Hat in “Oxford”, the beautiful two-tone grey goes with just about anything.
If you’re looking for more of a splurge/investment item, I HIGHLY recommend Frye Boots. I bought mine five years ago and they are still in incredible shape, versatile, and very comfortable. I have the Veronica Short in Black, which is more of a slouchy Moto style. But Frye carries so many different styles, that I’m sure you’ll find something you like!

Happy Holidays!
